Courtny Benbow

Born and raised in our very own studio, Courtny began her dance journey at Evergreen Dance Center, where her love for movement, performance, and community first took root. Her passion for dance continued to grow, leading her to Arizona State University, where she earned a degree in Communications with a double minor in Dance and Special Events Management. While at ASU, she danced with the university’s club team, the Arizona Dancing Devils, before stepping into the world of professional dance. In 2020, she earned a spot on her first professional team, the IFL Arizona Rattlers Sidewinders, where she proudly danced for two seasons and was named Rookie of the Year. Her talent and drive then took her to the NFL, where she danced for the Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders for two seasons, performing in front of tens of thousands of fans in a packed stadium.

Dance has always been more than a hobby—it’s been the center of her life. Now back where it all started, she’s thrilled to be teaching at Evergreen Dance Center. Her goal is to inspire the next generation of dancers with the same passion, discipline, and joy that has shaped her own journey. Through every class, she hopes to instill confidence, creativity, and a deep love for the art of dance.
